You have this moment to hold in your hands - to touch as it slips through your fingers like sand. Yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come.

You have only this moment, right now. What you do is determines your experience of tomorrow. For each moment you are alive, you trade that time for whatever you choose to engage in.

When tomorrow comes, today will be gone, forever, leaving behind whatever you traded it for.

This moment and today can never be used again.

How many years have you lived? What have you got to show for it?

We all have time to invest in crafting a life. Napoleon Hill wrote; "Most misfortunes are the results of misused time". And he was right. The question you and I need to answer is; "What do I do with the time I have?"

My challenge to you as you read this book - and afterwards - is to:

• Do more with what you have than you have ever done in your life
• Be more than you have ever dreamt you could be
• Be yourself
